The staff was friendly and wonderful! The guests were even friendly. Definitely would go back again!

Where to start...
Air conditioner not working; maintenance never
came back after first failed attempt
We were told no other rooms available
Had to sleep with the windows open
Half the 'Water park' features closed off
Inhaling paint fumes in the pool area
Prehistoric remote in the main bedroom, with limited selections and low sound limit
Freezer was frozen over when we arrived, which took hours to cool the refrigerator for our perishables
1 star stay🙁
They said they would give us a discount, but we needed to contact *******, and ******* would contact the Country Inn and Suites to process the discount. I would appreciate your assistance with this.

Well, there were kids in the hallway throwing balls and being rude. Cat calling my 12 year old daughter. The room was not clean. There was filth all over the bathroom floor and dried poop on the door. Never ever again. Absolutely disgusting. And I told them about it. They said they couldn’t offer me a discount because I booked through *******.

After leaving retainers in the room I called to see if they may have been kept. The housekeeping verified that one had been found and kept it in a covered cup, asking if I wanted it mailed or pick-up at the hotel. I was elated because these retainers are very expensive! Don't know what happened to the other one......we were in Room 255 in case it would show up!!! More thanks than I can express!!!

Our stay was excellent, the breakfast was amazing, and the water park is so much fun for the kiddos! The only reason I did not give the hotel more stars is because it is a little run down and in need of some updates/renovations.

The pull out couch/bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever! People in the hallways were very loud till almost midnight. The room was clean and the waterpark was like the pictures, wasn’t overcrowded at all, kids enjoyed it. Won’t be my first choice hotel.

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times and never had an issue, until this last time. It looked like someone made the beds and that was all. There was pizza sauce on the carpet and window, garbage left in the night stand, under the bed skirt, and in the freezer. We also found a lighter, a pill, and a pair of dirty socks. The bedding was dirty. I requested a new room, but they were booked, so they sent up new bedding that i had to put on myself & didnt clean the room. All they did was give me a $40 discount. I was really disappointed because e love going there as a family. I have pictures of everything & have tried reaching out to send them with no response.

Nice waterpark for small children, but the walls, floor of pool needs cleaning. Rooms & facility is very outdated. The carpets and furniture are worn & dirty. We put towels down on the furniture to cover the stains. Ou daughters room wasn't vacuumed & the person at the desk said housekeeping was gone so my daughter vacuumed herself. Definitely needs improvements, and it wasn't cheap to stay there either!

Elevator was out of order - had to lug a very heavy suit case up three floors. Vending machines out of order on first floor.
